Returns / Exchange Policy

We want you to feel amazing in your YURCHAK pieces. If something does not work out, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below.

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in resellable condition with the original packaging and all tags intact.
• Return and exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the approved exchange or refund.

International orders are eligible for returns only at this time. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

How to start a return or exchange

Email support@yurchakshop.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return or exchange. Please wait for approval and shipping instructions before sending your package.

What items are returnable or exchangeable?

• Eligible items requested within 60 days from the date of delivery.
• Items that are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in resellable condition.
• Items in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Items received without tags, or items that have been washed, worn, used, or otherwise made non-resellable, are not eligible for a return or exchange and may be sent back to the original shipping address.

• Gift cards
• Mystery Boxes
• Swimwear
• Underwear
• Items from a previous return or exchange order
• Final sale items in the Outlet section

• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund to store credit

How do I ship back the items?

After your request is approved, we will email you the return instructions and any relevant return authorization details. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. International orders do not receive prepaid return labels.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
